Terms and Conditions


We here at 2i Agency adhere to all state and federal laws regarding the sale of our products to people in those states if restrictions apply.

This site is provided by 2i Agency, LLC on an “AS IS” basis. 2i Agency makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied regarding the operation of this site or the information, content or products appearing on this site. To the fullest extent permissible by law disclaims all warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and also such warranties for any merchandise offered on this site. This disclaimer does not apply to any product warranty offered by the manufacturer of any product sold on this site. In some jurisdictions limitation of liability are not permitted. In such jurisdictions, some of the foregoing limitations may not apply to you. 2i Agency its employees, officers, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages whether in contract, negligence or tort even if 2i Agency knew or should have known of the possibility of such damages. Your use of this website is at your sole risk. If you are dissatisfied with the website or content of the site you are sold, the exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the site.

All products sold on this site are for adult use only and by ordering on this site you certify that you are of legal age and not prohibited from purchasing the products. Merchandise listed herein is not for sale in any state district of territory where the receipt, possession sale of use of any such merchandise is prohibited.



All orders received before 1pm PST are usually shipped the same day provided the item(s) are in stock. Any items that can not be shipped within three days are considered not in stock. We ship Monday through Friday, orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We do not ship ammunition Post Office Boxes; a Street Address is required.

Rush orders (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day) will be placed on top priority.

Orders may be drop shipped out of several warehouses around the USA. We will drop ship out of the closest warehouse to insure low time in transit.

Orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS. Some drop shipments will be shipped via FedEx, USPS, or another carrier. Tracking numbers will be provided on most orders. Tracking numbers are not available on some drop shipments.

All orders receive email confirmation of shipment and are updated on the Order Status page.

Returns & Exchanges

All returns require a RMA number. Please call or email 2i Agency before returning any items. Items without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.

Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 10 days of receipt.

Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit.

***A 15% restocking fee is applied on returns and exchanges***

No returns on ammunition, guns (see firearm transfer procedures below), and closeouts.

Defective items are not warranted by 2i Agency. Returns of defective merchandise are subject to manufacturer approval.

When returning product we recommend the use of an insured and trackable shipper such as UPS or FedEX. 2i Agency does not refund shipping costs, or cover return shipping. We will not accept COD or damaged packages.

Shipping Fees

Ground shipping is guaranteed to be delivered within 14 days. It is normally less than five days, but can take up to 14 days. We reserve the right to use any shipping provider for these orders. Shipping price listed online is not applicable on some oversize items and international orders, in these cases actual shipping via the lowest cost carrier will be charged.

Order Changes

Once you submit your order to 2i Agency and it has been processed and shipped we can not change or cancel your order. Please make sure you want the item(s) before you submit the order. Any changes or cancellations after shipment will be subject to our return policy.

Order Cancellations

Customers can cancel an order any time before the item ships. If you cancel your order after the end of the business day that you placed the order, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee. (Orders placed after 6:00PM PST will have until the close of business the following day.) If you cancel your order before the end of business we will not assess the cancellation fee.

2i Agency is not responsible for any typographical errors, pricing errors, omissions, inclusions or any other errors on our web site. We do our best to not make mistakes, but if you find one please let us know. We reserve the right to change the website at any time.

Website Information

This website, and its contents are the sole property of 2i Agency LLC. Any unauthorized use or modification of any text, image, code, or content is strictly prohibited. Any use of content from www.2iagency.com requires prior written consent from 2i Agency, LLC. 2i Agency, LLC. will enforce its intellectual property rights to the full extent of the law.


If you are purchasing your firearm from us you only need to provide TWO thing to complete the firearm purchase.

1. Payment: You pay us directly for the firearm at checkout. Complete the transaction on the website as you would for any other item.

2. Transfer info: We cannot ship a firearm direct to you. We have to ship firearms to a valid FFL holder. All gun shops will have a valid FFL; along with most pawn shops will transfer directly to you.


1. Contact the dealer and let them know you would like to receive a firearm for transfer from 2i Agency.

2. Have your dealer email a copy of their FFL to us at nberberian@2iagency.com. Ask your dealer to include your name and order number within their communication.

3. It is your responsibility to contact the FFL and have them email or fax us a copy of their FFL.

It is recommended that you locate an FFL dealer prior to placing your order. However, if you choose to place your order first, we will hold your purchase for 7 days until you can arrange for a transfer.

** Important**

It is your responsibility to know if the firearm you are purchasing is legal to own in your local area. We recommend to ask the receiving FFL if you have any questions about legality. If you cannot accept the transfer due to state and/or local restrictions than you will be required to cover return shipping and the 15% restock fee.

Once the firearm is ready for pickup at your local FFL, please INSPECT THE FIREARM THOROUGHLY to make sure it's exactly what you ordered and that there are no defects. If there are any problems at all, DO NOT ACCEPT THE TRANSFER. If there was a mistake on our part we will gladly have the firearm picked up and replaced. However, once a firearm has been transferred to you it is considered used, even if it is unfired. The firearm must then be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.



You can access our Web site home page and browse our site without disclosing your personal data.


Our Web site enables you to communicate with other visitors or to post information to be accessed by others. When you do so, other visitors may collect your data. Our Web site does not include links to third party Web service providers.


We do not automatically log personal data nor do we link information automatically logged by other means with personal data about specific individuals. We do not use cookies to store personal data nor do we link non-personal information stored in cookies with personal data about specific individuals.


We collect the personal data that you may volunteer while using our services. We do not collect information about our visitors from other sources, such as public records or bodies, or private organizations. We do not collect or use personal data for any purpose other than that indicated. If we wish to use our visitors’ personal data for new purposes, we do not give them the opportunity to consent to those new purposes.


We do not disclose your personal data to our subsidiaries or other organizations.


We give you the option of using a secure transmission method to send us the following types of personal data: identifiers (such as credit card details, web site password). We have implemented security policies, rules and technical measures to protect the personal data that we have under our control from: unauthorized access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorized modification, and unlawful destruction or accidental loss.

All our employees and data processors, who have access to, and are associated with the processing of personal data, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of our visitors’ personal data. We ensure that your personal data will not be disclosed to State institutions and authorities except if required by law or other regulation.


You can ask us, by: sending an email, whether we are keeping personal data about you. Upon request, we will provide you with a readable copy of the personal data which we keep about you, within a month. - although we may before require proof of your identity - We will provide the information without any charge. We allow you to challenge the data that we hold about you and, where appropriate, you may have the data: erased, rectified or amended, completed. We reserve the right to refuse to provide our visitors with a copy of their personal data, but will give reasons for our refusal. We do, however, allow you to challenge our decision to refuse to provide you with a copy of your personal data.
